Champagne Tiger is a high energy diner and bar opening this summer in the iconic "Tom's Diner" space on Colfax. Open five nights a week for dinner and brunch on Saturday and Sunday, it's comfortable to be in, easy to enjoy and focused on making everyday a celebration. (CLOSED MON & TUES)
American Diner meets French Bistro serving perfectly executed diner classics, bistro cornerstones, thoughtful cocktails and encouraging hospitality brought to life by a best in class team with a proven track record of opening and operating nationally renowned restaurants. Weekly entertainment highlights performative art (Drag, Painists, Violist and singers) paired with elevated food and beverage.
Owner/General Manager Chris Donato joined the Frasca Food and Wine Team in 2010, working as the opening GM at Pizzeria Locale Boulder before helping the business grow to Denver and beyond. Consultants Allison Anderson and Chef Duncan Holmes are guiding the creative vision to ensure a special experience. Chef Anna Asplaugh will lead the kitchen as the Chef de Cuisine - managing all BOH operation and building a team of passionate culinary professionals.
We are currently hiring empathetic, passionate and curious people to build a front of house team known for it's hospitality. Our dining room is a place of creativity, mutal respect, mentorship and encouragemnt.
Tipped minimum wage of $15.27 plus tips for an average of $30-40an hour. Front of house tip pool.
We offer a monthly stipend for health, dental and vision insurance after three months, daily family meal, dining discounts and regular wine and spirits training.
