Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide. About the RoleFord is seeking four Marketing Integration Managers in the Integrated Services MarCom team, who will work to drive marketing & communications success for Ford Integrated Services offerings. Those roles will be focused on marketing integration of FordPass; marketing integration of Software Updates; BlueCruise integration into owned channels; and BlueCruise integration into larger Ford marketing communications efforts for vehicles and brand.This role is eligible for remote work.What you'll do…

Work as an executional partner to a Senior Manager, Marketing Integration to assist in developing services marketing communication strategies, then execute on that strategy in a way that is regularly aligned and optimized to business goals. 

Lead converting broad go-to-market hypotheses into detailed, channel-specific task briefs with known requirements, then participate in assembling the right teams to brief and oversee the work through delivery. 

Drive executional excellence, speed, and focus among all team members, constantly tracking back to revenue goals and optimization. 

Lead in providing guidance and driving a broader cross-functional team

Support the Senior Manager, Marketing Integration in ensuring team members are working from the same goals, delivering workstreams on-time & in-budget, and are maintaining ongoing awareness of parallel workstreams that impact day-to-day delivery. 

Work with cross-functional Ford marketing communications teams and brand managers to pull through messaging consistency ahead of and in briefing, scripts, production cut reviews, integration into media, and performance. 

Interact with a suite of agencies and surface risks & enablers specific to each business that will have future ways-of-working implications to Integrated Services’ other key businesses. 

You'll have…

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

7+ years of gradual career growth in enterprise marketing organizations focused on creative & channel-specific marketing

Track record delivering cross-channel creative aligned to a single campaign or brand vision

Experience developing strategy and executing on marketing communications plans following product briefing

Automotive, subscriber, service or software experience for enablers (e.g. over the air updates, modem, apps)

Preferred Requirements

Familiarity with Ford vehicle MarCom processes and ability to speak the language of vehicle marketing in order to develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

Passion for thinking through the ‘end user experience’ and guiding creative works towards success with the end-user in mind

Track record positively collaborating with multiple stakeholders at once

Experience assisting in process transformation within a large organization

Experience leading in delivering large scale marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints

Strategic and Executional thinker – you understand how to break-up a strategy into actionable tasks.

Collaborative project management – you know how to manage brief-recipients and stakeholders to get things done

Passion for using data to inform and action creative development and optimization

Flexible, collaborative, with comfort pivoting quickly to support fast-moving business needs
