This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Freshies Maui. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality standards. The Assistant Manager will also assist with inventory management, scheduling, and resolving customer and employee issues.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in the restaurant industry

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

​Valid Hawaii Liquor ID

Experience with inventory management and cost control

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager

We are looking for individuals with flexible schedules — weekend availability is required.

We are open for breakfast and lunch 7 days a week — 7am-3pm Monday-Saturday, and Sunday brunch 7am-12pm.
