Help needed loading/unloading Uhaul

I need help for less than an hour loading a truck at my home and about 2-3 hours unloading the truck at various locations, including a drive up storage facility in Meridian off of Chinden Road. All items are packed already - they just need lifted into the truck.

You'll likely actually only work for about 45 minutes, and spend the rest of the time commuting with me to the different locations.

Will pay one person $20 an hour to assist. Estimate of 4 hours work. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT100 lbs.

I am ready to do this NOW.
