Qualifications:
This will be hybrid work schedule: Monday and Friday will work remote; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will work onsite at the Buffalo, NY location. Bachelors degree preferred, not required
2-4 years business experience with customer service background
PC skills – Windows, MS Word - STRONG Excel skills - must be able to utilize pivot tables and vlookup- SAP a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
