HVAC/WSHP TECH needed ASAP

Fast paced Manhattan based HVAC Company is looking to employ a full-time certified HVAC Technician. This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment on all kinds of systems and brands. We serve residential and industrial clients with the best and latest technology available.

Essential Job Functions:

Perform repairs/advanced troubleshooting on all related HVAC equipment in a timely manner.

Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, air, and water cooled.

Extensive knowledge about packaged, ceiling, horizontal and vertical water source heat pumps.

Provide directions and promote the Company culture to all Junior Technicians and Helpers.

Utilize the tablet to write complete and detailed reports to be used to generate proposals and/or order materials required for repairs.

Possess a complete set of hand tools and meters related to the HVAC trade.

Communicate with assigned coordinator regarding work progress on projects.

Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Advanced knowledge of refrigeration and electrical theory.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Licenses / Certifications: EPA Verification, Fire Dept. Certificates: F60 Fire Guard & G60 Torch Use, OSHA Safety Training.

Strong Customer Service communication skills.
