We are a local Corning Company who provides self-service storage to those in the community and throughout. This job is perfect for someone that likes interacting with the public, has good customer service skills, and likes to work independently.
Candidates should have the following skills:
Basic office skills
Organization
Multi-task with attention to detail.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service
Friendly personality / Demeanor
Strong verbal and written skills.
Basic computer and math skills.
Have the ability to learn self-storage software.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Renting units
Programming Gate Codes
Using computer software for the storage
Collecting and posting rent payments, courtesy collection calls and customer service
Updating customers contact information as needed
Completing rental agreements, maintaining accurate files, along with filing paperwork, mailing legal notices, scheduling auctions
Enforcing rules and regulations
General light maintenance throughout the facilities
We are looking for someone who can start right away. This is a part time position Hours are -
Monday thru Friday 10am-3pm. No Weekends required.
