Construction company looking for a motivated person that is ready to learn and grow with our office team.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION, we need someone at our office.
Full-time position, Monday - Thursday - 8:00AM - 4PM, Fridays 8-2PM
Job requires daily all office Duties but not limited to
Manage company CRM operation daily
Manage payment and invoices for subs and suppliers
Filing and scanning information and forms to the system.
Create company spreadsheets and reports.
Manage communication with vendors.
Typing estimates for clients.
Assisting with typing contracts and paperwork needed for office operation.
Order materials as needed to job sites.
Provide customer service for clients
Invoices/Filing/Scanning documents.
Assist with data entry and electronic filing.
DocuSign contracts
Other administrative duties as assigned
Must have Excellent knowledge in Office programs, Excel, Word, Gmail.
Must have computer typing skills.
Willing to learn and a fast learner.
Can work independently after training.
Problem solver.
HS GRAUDATE required
College degree a PLUS
