Job description
General Warehouse
In this role, you will perform all warehouse functions including inventory flow management into/out of distribution facility, execute daily cycle counts to ensure accurate representation of the Company’s inventory, and execute all daily warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Engage in all warehouse processes – receiving, returns, storage, pick/procure, package, shipping, cycle counts
Responsible for maintaining organized, clean, and safe workplace
Responsible for daily maintenance of building
Participate in the research/resolution of inventory discrepancies
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Operate autonomously without direct supervision
Excellent communication/follow-up skills
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Continuous and passionate learner willing to take the time to find out how and why things work. Ability to understand all our products, how our internal processes work and how our customers and competitors operate
High energy level and sense of urgency to complete tasks; understand that execution is a key component to our success
Understanding and accommodating to both the internal and external customer, achieving a “win/win” solution for all scenarios
