Who Are You?
Ticket Scanners is the first face patrons are greeted and we want you to set the tone right from the jump. We want you to have a leading role in the service experience our guests have.
The Role:
As an ticket scanner, you help to ensure safe & quick entry to our venue.
Job Functions:
Greet patrons, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions.
Urgency with keeping the line moving as fast as possible.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
Additional tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 & Over
Able to stand long hours
