Cleaner & handyman needed

Cleaner/handyman wanted for a commercial building @ multiple locations within Manhattan the Bronx. The position is full time (5 days a week). This operation is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.

Expectations:

Cleaning & some handyman work (Light Painting, plumbing, construction etc).

Someone that:

-Comes to work on time & is ready to work.

-Works with a sense of urgency & professionalism.

-Works well with others & by themself.

-Reliable, responsible & dependable.
