Construction - Heavy Equipment Operator
Join our team at 3 Kings Environmental, Inc., an established leader in demolition, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, and UST decommissioning. Based in SW Washington with a Seattle location, we operate across Oregon and Washington.
We're currently hiring skilled individuals to join us in the following role: Heavy Equipment Operator
Job Details:
Position: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Compensation: Pay based on experience, ranging from $28 to $38 per hour. Approximately 80% of our projects are
prevailing wage.

Location: Primarily based in SW Washington and Portland, OR. Out-of-town work may be required.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment for mass demolition and select interior demolition projects.
Conduct basic equipment inspection, maintenance, and repairs as necessary.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and effectively utilize safety equipment.
Maintain high standards of work practices to ensure quality results.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Perform physical labor efficiently when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment, including mini excavators up to 450-size excavators.
High Reach experience is advantageous.
Possess understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.
Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
