Concrete Cutter/Carpenter

Year-round, outside job.

Part-time job, typically 2 to 4 days per week, as we are subject to the weather.

You would be hired as a Subcontractor. This means that you must have your own Liability Insurance.

Must have a valid PA driver’s license.

Must be reliable and show up on time with a good attitude.

You would be one of a three-man crew.

Expected to meet at our shop in Spring City and drive the company tool truck from the shop to the job.

Each job that we perform is either a one day or a two-day job.

Every job that we perform requires excavation (by machine), foundation cutting (hydraulic saws), carpentry, installing a window, installing the escape well, back filling and minor clean up.

Jobs average 6 to 7 hours of time per day on the job.

Skills Required: You will be expected to lay out the foundation cut, perform the foundation cutting, install the wood framing, install the window and install the escape well.

Additional Expectation(s): Site cleanup, box truck organization and tool maintenance.

Daily rate is $400.00 per day.
