HR Generalist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Boston, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our HR team, undertaking a range of HR duties, from recruitment and onboarding to administrative tasks and data entry. This role is within the telecom provider industry and will be based at our office.Responsibilities: Utilizing recruitment skills to identify and onboard new talent Managing administrative tasks such as handling phone calls, emails, and managing calendars Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as necessary Processing payments through an online portal Ensuring accurate and timely data entry Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time Handling Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Ensuring Compliance and managing Employee Relations Using Microsoft Suite for various tasks.
