Lawn Maintenance Foreman

Job Description:

In charge of a maintenance crew performing lawn maintenance on commercial properties. Foreman role that requires leading and directing a group of 3-6 employees. Knowledge of all lawn equipment such as ride-on and push mowers, line trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, push and backpack blowers. Some knowledge of common Florida plants and the ability to recognize invasive plants and weeds. Pleasant, positive attitude and team leader skills necessary.

Job Functions:

Oversee and supervise a lawn crew to ensure job quality, safety and efficiency.

Communicate with manager and some communication with customers

Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders.

Oversee equipment on truck.

This is an outside position; the candidate will be required to be physically fit to perform work duties outside in Florida year-round.

Requirement:

Clean Florida Driver License, (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CLEAN RECORD OR DON'T HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE)

Three (3) years’ experience in lawn maintenance

Fluency in English

Full Time job

Monday to Friday

Work Area: Broward & Palm Beach Counties

Compensation: $16-18 / hour

40-45 hours p/week
