J's Painting Subcontractor HIRING

We are seeking a reliable and experienced resurfacing sub-contractor to join our team. As a resurfacing sub-contractor, you will be responsible for completing various resurfacing projects for our company, including spray painting, caulking, and applying finishes to surfaces. This is a full-time sub-contracting position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Perform resurfacing work on various surfaces such as spray painting tub/surround, fireplace, bathroom and kitchen countertops, and caulking.

Apply and finish various coatings and sealants to achieve a smooth and even finish

Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards

Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in resurfacing

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Valid work comp insurance coverage

Valid general liability insurance coverage

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE)
