Autura Marketplace Vehicle Inspector

$25 per hour

Job description:

This position is responsible for taking photographs of vehicles to support online sales efforts. These images will be published online at marketplace.autura.com; the role also involves quality assurance to ensure the images match the vehicle list provided.

Vehicle images will need to be taken within specific parameters set out by the Autura Marketplace team. These vehicles are located at different tow yards across the Chicago area that you will be expected to drive to. You must have a smartphone to apply (you will be using your smartphone to take the vehicle images).

Availability:

15-20 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

Capture and process electronic images of vehicles

Re-image vehicles if necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma/GED

Basic computer software skills are preferred.

Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in a related field.

1 year of experience in photography preferred; experience in digital and computer processing a plus.

1 year of car mechanic experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity.

Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.

Work Environment:

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions (snow, heat, rain)
