Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
Energy efficiency experience
Driver’s License
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Knowledge of commercial spray foam insulation sales processes and strategies
Excellent computer and math skills
Experience with warm calling techniques and lead generation
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
Leadership skills to effectively manage client relationships
Compensation:
Competitive, variable compensation structure, target range $75-$150K
