Seeking Experienced Lead Carpenter

Come work for the best family run company in Central Oregon. We have been in business since 1970 doing custom homes and remodels in the Bend/Sisters area. We currently have custom homes lined up into 2027 and could use a lead person that knows how to read plans, run a crew, and is well-versed in all phases of residential construction (concrete experience a plus). We will take care of the right person to fill this roll, top wages guaranteed. We have year round work, 40 hours a week, company vehicle, fuel, and 401k for the right candidate.
