Apartment Maintenance Technician

Anderson Landscape & Maintenance LLC is looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our property management division as an apartment maintenance technician.

Responsibilities would include addressing tenant maintenance concerns, unit turnovers, and planned building maintenance/upgrades. Tasks would include but not be limited to unit clean-outs, painting, patching/drywall, simple plumbing/electrical, HVAC, and general handyman level tasks.

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and abilities with a starting wage of $18- $30

Managed properties are located in Racine, Milwaukee, and Waukesha counties

You must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
