Recipes, order sheets and processes will guided by our brand standard. Our Executive Chef for the company will guide your journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing BOH labor costs
- Managing Food Costs
- Food orders / inventory
- Utilizing Toast ExtraChef
- Recruiting and scheduling BOH staff
- Basic computer literate - Google Docs
- Problem solving / critical thinker
