Maintenance Technician needed for a position in Denver/Broomfield. Must be a disciplined self-starter. Can train applicant, also ideal opportunity for person with the following skills:

Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting and Make Readies.

On call on a rotational basis is required.

Valid Drivers License and vehicle with insurance is required. Being able to pass a background check is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
