Posting Title: Human Resources SupervisorDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: Omaha, NEReports to: Human Resources ManagerThis position will supervise and coordinate activities of professional level and administrative support employees engaged in employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, employment, labor relations, affirmative action and employment equity programs, and/or personnel research.QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent customer service skills including good oral and written communication.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Results oriented. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced, change driven environment.

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Able to manage through complex issues by asking the right questions, utilizing resources, and gathering data and solve problems.

Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with SAP and/or Kronos with proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook).

High School degree preferred but not required, some college preferred but not required.

Bilingual skills highly preferred. (English/Spanish)

Must be able to work flexible hoursprimarily - 7 am – 5 : 0 0 pm - may include weekends

Prior experience preferred but not required.

Willingness to travel at least 10% of the time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

supervises the day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at assigned location.

Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits programs at the location to ensure these programs are in line with corporate programs.

Responsible for maintaining multiple reports tracking open jobs, employee job bids, employee qualification, and new hire reports.

Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy and procedures Handle confidential Human Resources information.

Maintain adequate records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Enter and maintain employee records information into SAP, Kronos, and or JSAs.

Handle all onboarding paperwork and maintain all employee files.

Answer phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.

Data entry and maintain several HR/Training reports.

Assist HR staff with various clerical/administrative duties as needed including filing as needed.

Cross train on all HR functions including employment.

Manageinternal company communications including bulletin boards, company newsletters, Company Picnic, etc.

All other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
