Wolford Wayne, a leading San Francisco tenant’s right firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative / Legal Assistant with at least two years of experience working in a litigation firm.

This job requires an ability to juggle a variety of tasks and responsibilities as well as an excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Gather vital information and documents from clients
- Draft pleadings, complaints subpoenas and discovery requests as well as other essential legal documents
- Coordinate seamlessly with vendors
- Serve as a friendly voice answering our phones when necessary
- Facilitate court filings with precision
- Prepare and dispatch record requests promptly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Mac based computer software
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to utilize templates and resources effectively
Strong time management skills with a keen eye for deadlines
Minimum two years of civil litigation experience
Experience with:
- San Francisco County e-filing
- Requesting public records
- Drafting proofs of service
- Coordinating with vendors
- Information and document gathering from clients
- Drafting basic pleadings and discovery
- Serving legal documents
Bonus Points for:
Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Prior experience in landlord/tenant law of plaintiff’s side work

Compensation:
