Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to restrooms, offices,

common areas, and break rooms.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed.

Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly.

Requirements for consideration

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.

1 Year of previous professional experience

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Positive attitude

Friendliness/Professionalism

Must have own equipment to complete contract jobs.

Must be able to legally work in the United States.
