Property Mgt Firm - Maintenance Tech / Handyman Type

Full Time position available with 30 year old company. Mon - Fri 7:30 to 4:30 Holidays paid, vacation paid, sick days and could qualify for additional benefits. Experience helpful but will train in some areas. Pool and sprinkler system experience helpful. Weekly paid. Will work outside on multiple properties located in Melbourne and Palm Bay. Will work inside in rental units and homes. Basic hand tools should be provide by employee with employer providing additional tools. Should be able to work with others and also work alone.
