Description We are offering an opportunity in the banking industry, located in Denver, Colorado, for a Help Desk Analyst. The role involves assisting with Identity Access Management projects as our organization expands. The position offers short-term contract employment. Responsibilities: Assisting in managing identity and access, ensuring secure and efficient system usage Utilizing skills in Citrix Technologies and databases to manage and troubleshoot issues Supporting users with EO/IR systems and Lotus Notes Working with Microsoft tools and Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions Handling computer hardware issues and assisting with configuration management Providing Deskside Support, assisting with Desktop Hardware problems Implementing and maintaining identity management processes and procedures Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth acquisition of another financial institution Utilizing skills in identity and access management to enhance system security. Requirements Proficient in Citrix Technologies and Microsoft Suite Experience in managing and maintaining databases Knowledge of EO/IR systems Familiarity with Lotus Notes and Active Directory Proficiency in Computer Hardware and Configuration Management Experience in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware Understanding of Identity and Access Management and Identity Management Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role within the banking industry Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Flexibility to work in shifts if required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
