Tortorella Service LLC is a well-established, industry leading pool company located in Hampton Bays, NY looking for individuals who want to be part of our growing company. We are currently seeking several Pool Service Mechanics to provide outstanding service to our clients.

POSITION SUMMARY

To ensure customer satisfaction by doing a thorough job repairing client’s pools and equipment; installing new equipment, and upgrading existing equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Maximize efficiency of work to be done by keeping truck stocked with all necessary parts and tools needed to perform

repair work.

-Maintain and repair client swimming pools by using the existing company procedures and proper mechanical

techniques.

-Repair equipment to company standards by using manufacturer provided diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.

-Ensure efficiency in our billing department by maintaining accurate records and completely filling out paperwork for

each job.

-Ensures safety compliance of self and others by adhering to all company safety guidelines.

Typical Tasks may include but are not limited to:

-Open Swimming Pools and Spas

-Winterize Swimming Pools and Spas

-Troubleshoot Equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, salt generators, ozonators, automation systems, pool and spa

lights)

-Leak Detection (Pressure Testing Lines, Diving)

-Record information accurately for billing purposes

-Maintain Communication with Dispatcher and Team Leaders

SKILLS and ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)/ Trade school preferred

Experience: 2-3 years related experience preferred

Other Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have valid driver's license in good standing
