What you will do

Under general supervision, you will provide sales support forRegionalSales Managers and ChannelPartners. You will also provide technical support, product selection assistance, and order processing assistance.This position will help you gain experience in a sales role while you provide value to our customers and field sales team.How will you do itProvidetechnical, commercial,andpricing support to field sales personnel and customers.Develop relationships withcustomer accountsto generatenew business opportunitiesand promote new product releases.Establish monthlycadence withRegional Sales Managersto attend and participate in customer facing meetingsAttend weekly training sessions to build HVAC/R systems knowledge, product knowledge, learn sales management tools, learn sales tactics and processesPerformhigh levels of customer service when issues arise with order management, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and product application supportDevelop working relationships with Price Administration, Customer Service, and Product Management teamsLead product presentations internal to your team a to prepare for customer facing presentations and webinar opportunitiesResponsible for recording sales activities and opportunities in SalesforceLearn how to review sales data and understand how to customize views that are relevant to customer type and region; at some level become familiar with how to create reports in PowerBIQualifications -

External What We Look For

RequiredBachelor's degree minimum (Engineering Degree highly preferred)Proficiency with MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), internet software and e-mailMUST have the ability to be inYork, PAfor the duration of the development program and upon completion, relocate to another major cityPreferredInternship experience in HVAC/controlsindustry is highly preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAvailableto travel up to 20% - dependent upon your assignments#LI-SI1
