What is IMPACT?:

Are you 17-24 and not enrolled in high school and live within Allegheny County? Do you want to start a career in retail, but not have work experience? IMPACT can help through our paid training program! Become a Retail Associate for Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania in 12 weeks. Retail Associate IMPACT:As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. You would also have the opportunity to see how every position in the store operates.Duties include but are not limited to:

Cashiering and Sales Floor Support

Processing and Pricing Donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines, (housewares items)

Assisting customers at the Donation Door which includes material handling, pre-sorting and movement of freightExternal Hiring Range: $8.50/Hour (paid training program)Schedule: Flexible schedule, hours will vary over 7 days. (5 hours a day / 25 hours a week)Various Retail Locations Available:

North Hills, Banksville, South Side, Robinson, West Mifflin, Murrysville, Monroeville, Centre Avenue, Penn Hills, Natrona, Gibsonia, Lawrenceville, North Versailles (Outlet), Heidelberg, and Monroeville Pop-Up OutletTravel Required: NoQualifications:

No education or experience required, will train the right person for the job!

Between the ages of 17-24 years of age and WIOA eligible.
