Motivated professionals with a positive attitude are invited to apply!Job SummaryPrice Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time PI Sales Team Attorney to join its growing PI Sales Team. ThePI Sales Team Attorney’s main responsibilities will be to handle escalated calls from leads, to train theSales Team on legal technicalities, and to manage referral relationships with other firms. This roledemands strong leadership, management, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with variousstakeholders to optimize intake processes and procedures. This role is remote and U.S. candidatesmay be based anywhere in the U.S. (No international applicants for this tole).Responsibilities and Duties

Handle escalated calls from Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation leads wishing to talk with an attorney before signing.

Provide Quality Control - call listening, call grading, quality control sessions with team members (as needed).

Referral Relationships - maintaining contact with current firms, bringing on new law firms, establishing fee agreements, keeping Salesforce updated with firms and fees for automation.

Updating Referral Cases - per month with non-responsive law firms.

Maintaining procedure within salesforce (i.e. - proper follow up, proper case statuses, proper text messages, creating).

Handling in-bound referral cases from co-counsel firms and portals (Big Auto, Lexamica, Walker, Litify, Crisp Connect - updating portals weekly).

Creating efficiencies in SF for smoother processes.

Ensuring timely communication with initials.

Keeping the resource compendium updated with referral firms/jurisdictions.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and prior personal injury legal experience.

A minimum of 2 years of personal injury legal experience with a law firm.

A minimum of 1 year of experience with worker’s compensation.

Prior personal injury client intake experience considered a strong plus.

Ability to set and achieve targeted goals and drive an exceptional client experience.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and team members.

A goal-oriented individual with the ability to work autonomously, consistently achieving or ​​​​ surpassing set objectives.
