Job Description:

We Care Services, is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Medical Appointment Escort. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our members safely reach their medical appointments and return home. This is a part-time, on-call position with a pay rate of $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Escort Members to Vehicle: Assist members from their residence to the vehicle where the driver will be waiting to take them to their medical appointment.

- Arrival at Appointment: Escort members from the vehicle into the medical facility lobby and ensure they are checked in for their appointment.

- During the Appointment: Stay with the member as needed, providing support and assistance throughout their visit.

- Reporting: Communicate with our facility regarding the appointment details and complete a doctor visit summary report.

- Ensure Safety: Maintain the safety and comfort of the member throughout the entire process.

Qualifications:

- Compassionate: Ability to interact with members in a caring and empathetic manner.

- Reliable: Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

- Good Communication Skills: Ability to report back effectively to the facility and complete summary reports.

- Physical Ability: Capable of assisting members with mobility issues.

- Flexible Schedule: Availability to work on-call as needed.
