Office Help Wanted
Leasing office in need of office assistant. Must have office experience. Must have smartphone.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break at 1pm) and Saturday, 9am to 1pm. Average work week = 39 hours.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents using all Microsoft Office components
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of the property
Assist with parking system
Answer inbound electronic mail and phone calls
Implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Punctuality, dependability, and reliability
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in teams
Appropriate office attire and hygiene
