Following the Original Roy's in Hawaii Kai, Roy's Kaanapali opened on Maui 30 years ago. With a relocation to the Kaanapali Resort, Roy's is surrounded by the famous West Maui mountains and among luxury accommodations, two golf courses, and specialty shops and boutiques.

We are seeking hard-working individuals who are passionate and take pride in their work. Our kitchen is a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Experience is preferred, but willing to train dedicated individuals who are committed to learning. We are currently growing our Back of the House Team for the following positions:
