Find your future with us.We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Growth Operations Marketing Manager (IC) to join our team in a Virtual role . In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing operational processes. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in MarTech, operations management, data analysis, and project management. This position will help design and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns to accelerate growth within our high-profile Boeing Digital business. Proficiency in MarTech, demand gen, account-based marketing (ABM), lead management, digital marketing, and revenue attribution are essential.Position Responsibilities:
Support the execution of growth marketing operations including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align growth strategies to marketing infrastructure configuration.
Ensure proper management of tagging, tracking, and lead flow for global campaigns.
Optimize operational processes to achieve our business objectives and drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Own and operationalize the marketing database.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align growth strategies with marketing infrastructure configuration.
Help the team build strong operational discipline.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and 6sense.
7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry, with a track record of driving measurable results.
Understanding of lead nurtures, lead progression, lead scoring and sales follow up.
Experience building targeted, complex, multi-channel campaigns that result in pipeline.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
Manage budgets and forecast spending with a focus on maximizing returns and fueling growth.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute complex demand generation strategies that drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience managing global programs
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and 6sense.
Innovative thinking with a creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving.
Creation of content strategy and development planning.
Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).RelocationThis is a Virtual role; Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
