Care giver for elderly woman IHSS

Looking for a care provider who is working with In Home Supportive Service. (IHSS)
2 hours once a week.
My mom is 85 years old and broke her hand. She walks with a walker so it's hard for her to walk now. And aslo because she broke her hip and it didn't heal correctly. She needs help opening things, cooking, cleaning, emptying the kitty litter (she has 1 cat), shopping, washing her hair, going places, etc.
You must be organized, friendly, have a clean record and be a non-smoker. Prefer if you have a car and drivers license.
