We are looking for highly motivated team players that are Career minded and have the ability to Real Estate Assistant position. The real estate assistant will help with multiple areas of real estate - annual rentals, property management, buying, selling, and vendor relations to name a few. The real estate assistant works directly with the owner and will work in different areas of the business as needs arise. Training is provided!

We provide:

- 20 - 40 hrs per week.

- Flexible hours

- Competitive wages! $17/hr - $20/hr

- Varity of tasks

- Lots of training in different areas of real estate

Our ideal candidate:

Lives in Lee County

Honest, Self motivated, and Hard working

Able to follow direction

Has the ability to multitask

Are team players

Ability to work w/ minimal supervision

We prefer that the applicant has a working knowledge of a multitude of home remodeling experience, home fixes, and repairs.

Big Plus if the applicant has worked in real estate

Big Plus if the applicant has a real estate license

Being Bilingual is a HUGE Plus

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable Vehicle

Has a Lap Top computer

Has a smart phone

Is EXTREMELY Reliable

Is EXTREMELY detail orientated

Has Good communication skills
