Lawn Care Worker Needed

I'm looking for an experienced lawn care worker, with a valid driver's license. Need to be knowledgeable with zero turn mowers, edging, trimming, the basics. I need someone that can go out with my truck, trailer, mower, etc, and mow 9 or 10 lawns a day, 3 days a week, M-W, and some Thursdays we have side jobs for 3-5 hours. I can find people with experience, but I need someone that shows up, doesn't drag their feet. Basically, someone I don't need to babysit. All my lawns are residential and in a 5 mile circle, so 10 lawns can go quick. With windshield time, and good, commercial equipment, 10 lawns take 7 hours on average, because the lawns are so close. They are mostly located in SKC, from Waldo to grandview. There are a few in Prairie Village and Leawood but I try not to spend too much time there. Side jobs are hit and miss, trimming bushes, hauling brush. If it rains, everything gets pushed a day, sometimes 2 days, if it rains a lot. So there is a chance you will work on fridays with a couple rain days. Depending on your experience, you can start at $20/hr with potential to make $22/hr. Cash paid daily.
