Cibo Cucina Italiana is looking for passionate and dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. If you have a love for Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, seafood, and meat dishes, following our recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety regulations.

Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Food Handler’s Certification (preferred).
