Painting Exterior 10,000sqft Building

I am looking to get a quote to powerwash and paint the exterior of a 10,000 sq ft building by Alameda and i225 in Aurora CO.

The whole building needs to be powerwashed, including the trim, soffets, etc. A few areas need minor putty and caulking.

Only the walls need to be painted, the trim looks good.
