Exciting Spanish restaurant coming to Rockville town square. El Mercat Bar de Tapas it is a fast casual restaurant that will bring the best Spanish food and wines to the neighborhood. We are looking for FOH positions.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service

Experience as a cook desired, preferably in a high-volume restaurant

Sets up cooking station with food products and supplies

Operates kitchen equipment

Cleans, restocks, and organizes workstation during the shift

Follows high standards for food safety and quality
