Prepare and process any necessary paperwork for facilitating court appearances for students. Respond to routine questions or issues regarding Clinic policies and procedures. Triage communications to and from attorneys and juggle multiple projects independently. Organize and maintain client files, including using and monitoring client intake process and case closure processes. Organize and maintain case management system users. Provides other office support, such as answering phone, processing incoming mail, sending faxes, and receiving clients in the Clinic space and updates or assists in developing websitesCompiles and processes data and information regarding Clinic students in furtherance of Clinic client representation, including organizing Clinic applications and materials, confidentiality policy tracking, student information sheets, student timecards, case closing agreements, and tracking of pro bono hours.Assist with planning and organizing a variety of Clinic events, such as Clinic Commitment Ceremony, Clinic Week, Clinic Capstone Event, Trial Practice Final Trials, Criminal Clinic Jury Selection Practicum, submitting fund requests, reserving event spaces, ordering food, advertising and signage development.The Levin College of Law is rapidly changing and evolving. All staff members are expected to assist with other duties as needed, including duties throughout the entire law school campus.Expected Salary:Commensurate with experience.Minimum Requirements:Associates degree and three years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent customer service mentality; demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to always maintain professionalism; and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once.
