Senior Product Manager, Ultrasound & ObstetricsIn this role you will be specializing in Point of Care Ultrasound and Obstetrics with responsibility for overseeing the development, launch, and life-cycle management of Ultrasound devices used for a wide range of medical imaging applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring that the products meet regulatory standards and customer needs. Additionally, our Product Manager is involved in pricing, competitive analysis, and product training to support successful launches and ongoing market success.Your role:
Drives overall execution of development and launch of products/solutions in all markets as part of a cross functional business team including Business Unit Management, Sales, Field Marketing, Operations, Finance and Research & Development; as well as supporting development of global new product/solution training content.
Manages contractual strategic partnerships with third-party integrated solution providers; key strategic customers/KOLs; and as appropriate, complementary solution providers.
Sets and manages value-based price corridors and guidance for products/solutions and coordinates pricing across product lines to ensure profitable growth.
Supports the development of channel strategy for each offering by market (e.g., direct in North America, indirect in emerging markets and online globally). Develops business cases, in conjunction with Field Marketing, for new products and services for consideration in the portfolio management process.
Works with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product launch, assist with product training, provide strong value propositions).
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of related product management experience; medical device preferred; Ultrasound highly preferred. Have the ability to travel internationally.
Your skills include the ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively. Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets. Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional organization to develop market leading products/solutions and successful product launches.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5 plus years of related experience.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have high-tech product experience, clinical experience a plus as well as fluent in hardware and software product development, including quality and reliability techniques.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
