Big Sky Kubota, LLC is currently seeking a Full-Time employee to assist in our Parts Department. This person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and Organizational skills. Previous parts experience is a plus. Wages starting at $23 per hour. Big Sky Kubota is a drug free workplace and does drug testing upon employment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, both external and within our service department to determine their parts needs.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs.
Pull parts from stock, and if not in stock determine availability and relay to the customer.
Order, receive, and inspect incoming parts, ensuring their quality and accuracy.
Notify customers when parts orders are received or delayed.
Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
