Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

- Maintain customer records by updating account information

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback

- Uphold phone etiquette standards during all interactions

- Bilingual/ Multilingual is a plus

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Proficiency in data entry

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus

- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze situations effectively

- Great attitude and team building skills

- Organized individual

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
