Survey CAD Tech

A Liberty Hill based engineering/ survey firm is currently seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of CAD Technician to join our growing Land Survey Department. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Carlson in a Survey design capacity is a must. Preferred drafting experience in any or all the following:

Plot Plans

Boundary Surveys

Topographic Surveys

Elevation / Flood Certificates

Form Checks/ Surveys

Land Title Surveys

Subdivision Surveys

Architectural Plans

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

The successful applicant can expect to work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring a high degree of teamwork. Attention to detail, strong oral and written skills, and effective interpersonal skills are a must as this will be a high-volume job.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, producing residential surveys for plot plans, form surveys, and land titles in Carlson/ Civil 3D, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient using AutoCAD design software

Capable of working at least 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 am to 5pm

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to produce accurate work and be detail oriented

Eligible to work under US Law

Field experience is a plus
