Personal/Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an energetic and reliable individual for a personal/administrative assistant position for the owner of a security company located in West Hollywood. The full-time position would be part-time in office and part-time remote. We will train the right candidate as needed.
Responsibilities:
Drafting emails and other correspondence.
Creating and updating excel spreadsheets.
Scheduling meetings both in person and via Zoom.
Scanning and filing documents.
Assisting with administrative/scheduling/payroll needs.
Qualifications:
Excellent administrative skills
High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent professional communication skills both written and oral.
Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude.
Experience in security preferred, but not required.
Must have reliable transportation and schedule flexibility.
