Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing and E-commerce Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives, manage our social media presence, and maintain our e-commerce website. This role is crucial for the launch and growth of our new retail division, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers both online and offline.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our new retail division.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Engage with our audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Website Maintenance: Ensure our e-commerce website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, to support marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing and e-commerce metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and logistics, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, and e-commerce. Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Strong understanding of website analytics and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
