Experienced Head Pastry Chef

Grateful Bread Company is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our high-volume bakery team. The position is full-time, Tues through Sat. The Pastry Chef is responsible for maintaining current pastry production as well as research and development for new and unique retail specials. This position requires self-management skills as it’s primarily a self-driven station. The Pastry Chef must be able to work every Saturday.

We need someone who:

has more than a year of experience as a retail or restaurant pastry chef

can self-manage their time

can curate pastry specials regularly

excels in a fast-paced environment

is routine-oriented, with the ability to adapt

understands and operates with a clean and organized mise en place

is ServeSafe certified
