General Office Clerk
Description A company in The Woodlands is in need of a General Office Clerk on a temporary to full-time basis to assist with paperwork having to do with financial documents. Duties include filing, typing, answering calls, organizing paperwork, data entry, and email correspondence. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and work within the Microsoft Suite. Banking, insurance, or mortgage industry experience is required! Please apply today if you are interested in this opportunity!Requirements Must possess strong skills in Data Entry and MS Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills. Problem-solving abilities. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint would be advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
